An Illinois girl has been charged with first-degree homicide after fatally capturing a person who refused to kiss her at a get-together.
The tragic incident occurred Thursday. 28-year-old Claudia Resendiz-Flores was hanging out and consuming with two mates, a pair at an condo that she had moved into with them.
The suspect allegedly requested her buddy James Jones, 29, for a kiss. He turned down her request and as a substitute kissed his girlfriend.
Resendiz-Flores was upset and have become jealous. Cook dinner County prosecutors said. She then grew to become extra aggressive and requested for a kiss once more. Jones stated no once more, which precipitated Resendiz-Flores to seize her handgun that she had stashed between the sofa cushions.
Jones tried to defuse the scenario, however Resendiz-Flores had turned the protection off and shot Jones within the chest, Newsweek reported.
Jone’s girlfriend referred to as the police. Resendiz-Flores admitted to capturing the sufferer and was arrested on a cost of first-degree homicide.
Decide John F. Lyke, Jr. ordered that the suspect be held with out bail.
