Ohio School Sued After Staff Worker Allegedly Forced Black Child to Eat Waffles That Were Dumped in Trash Can

On Dec. 8, the mom of a pupil who attends Palm Elementary School filed a lawsuit towards the establishment in connection to an incident that passed off on Nov. 21. In accordance to the mom, her daughter was compelled to eat waffles that had been taken out of the trash. 

The mom says her daughter instructed the varsity’s principal that she “did not like the waffles” and “asked for a different meal.” As well as, the principal instructed the woman to “finish what was on her tray.” As an alternative, the woman threw out the remaining waffles.
