John Legend And Chrissy Teigen Welcomed Their Third Child

John Legend and Chrissy Teigen welcomed their third little one collectively.

On Friday, Legend introduced the information to a crowd throughout a personal live performance saying they welcomed “the little baby this morning.” Regardless of the singer saying he “didn’t get a lot of sleep,” he nonetheless “feels energized” after spending time on the hospital.

Teigen first introduced her being pregnant in August in a heartfelt Instagram put up.

“The last few years have been a blur of emotions to say the least, but joy has filled our home and hearts again.1 billion shots later (in the leg lately, as u can see!) we have another on the way,” she wrote.

Teigen continued, “Every appointment I’ve said to myself, ‘OK, if it’s healthy today I’ll announce’ but then I breathe a sigh of relief to hear a heartbeat and decide I’m just too nervous still. I don’t think I’ll ever walk out of an appointment with more excitement than nerves but so far, everything is perfect and beautiful and I’m feeling hopeful and amazing.”

The couple have already got two kids collectively, 6-year-old Luna and 4-year-old Miles. In September 2020, Teigen and Legend tragically misplaced their son, Jack, at 20 weeks.

Shortly after Teigen introduced her being pregnant, the couple shared with PEOPLE that Luna and Miles had been enthusiastic about their new sibling.

“They’ve been excited for a long time,” Teigen stated. “I feel like this is going to be the longest pregnancy to them because they’ve known since the day. But they’ve been really very excited.”
