DaniLeigh Charged With Simple Assault Following Instagram Live Incident with DaBaby

DaniLeigh and DaBaby had followers tuned in to their live-streamed drama that began within the wee hours Monday morning. And now, DaniLeigh has been hit with a cost.

In line with Rolling Stone, authorities from Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Division confirmed two incidents occurred and fees have been filed.

Cops responded to the primary incident, a home assault name, on Nov. 14 at round 11:59 p.m. Jonathan Kirk a.okay.a DaBaby, informed responding officers that his girlfriend DaniLeigh, whose given identify is Danielle Curiel, had assaulted him. Kirk was then referred to the Justice of the Peace’s Workplace to pursue fees towards DaniLeigh.

On Nov. 15, at round 9:35 a.m, cops responded to a different incident the place DaBaby informed police that DaniLeigh had assaulted him. “As a result of the investigation, Curiel was served with a Criminal Summons for Simple Assault. Officers also obtained additional information that led them to charge Curiel with a second count of Simple Assault from the incident on Nov. 14,” the assertion learn.
